BOQ Item Description: Conducting a detailed visual and mechanical inspection to identify the full extent of the damage of the Out rigger (e.g., cracks, corrosion, deformation, leaks) and confirm the cause of deflection Carefully remove the outrigger beam from the crane structure as per the manufacturers instructions, De-deflecting by employing appropriate method to counteract the bending using jacks and steel strands, to force the beam to bend upwards to its original form, Inspect all welds and bolted connections to ensure they are secure and meet safety standards, Reinstall the repaired outrigger beam onto the crane structure, ensuring proper alignment and secure connections reconnect all hydraulic and electrical systems, checking for leaks and proper wiring, Performing rigorous testing, including no-load and load to verify the cranes stability and functionality including all as per direction of EIC or his representative including cost of GST, incidental, service charges, transportation, freight to and fro to mainland (if required for repairs ) etc complete
