Repairing of LT. Transformer 800 KVA by disnanrling primary secondry H.T./LT.cable from each terminal, again dismantling LT. 800 K.V.A. from stand and keeping it on P/H floor opening top cover plate for checking defect for open circuit. Short circuit and I.R. value test Then drain out Tranformer oil centrifusing T/oil upto required temperature after rewinding fitting core assy in tank filling T/F oil upto top level and welding top cover also replacing and fitting H.T./L.T. bushing with body complete arrection T./F 800 KVA stand and testing in LT. supply for I.R. value open short circuit then gradually on full load complete In all respect Including of all material, labour and T&P required for proper completion of work as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge at Umarahat Pump Canal, Phase 1, Sikandra, Kanpur Dehat.
