Supply, replacement & testing of 02 nos. OLTC Diverter switches (For 02 Phases) with oil filled metal tank. Ref. OLTC Sr. No. 32578, Type 3x MI 351 170/C 10.09.0 MA-2, Make: EASUN-MR. Supporting routine test certificates and warranty certificates required. Replacement and testing of third 01 no. Diverter switch (diverter switch will be provided by RWP, Bela). DCRM Tests shall be done as per following schedule: (a) Lifting out the diverter switches from DOVA chamber one by one. ( b) Cleaning of DOVA chamber with hot oil. (c) Inspection and Repair /rectification of tap changer head, top drive unit, diverter switch oil compartment and tap selector of spare diverter switches. Spare parts if required, shall be provided by RWP Bela. (d) Installation of new diverter switches into the chambers one by one. (e) After completing all associated works, checking of limits and balancing. (f) Conducting DCRM test and submission of report. (g)Overhauling/replacement of any other items of OLTC found defective during testing.
