Repairing of 2.5MVA 33/11KV Transformer, Make : Eastern Transformer & Equipments Pvt. Ltd. SL No S1504-1 at DBRG with the following works (i)Draining of oil in empty barrels, dismantling of transformer top cover, radiators, conservator tank, explosion vent pipe and re- asembling after repair.(ii) Untanking of Core-winding after dismantling of Core-Coil assembly, cleaning of all parts of transformer including core, radiator tubes, conservator tank.(iii) Rewinding and making of H.V. Coils with new insulating materials & Varnishing(iv) Rewinding and making of L.V. Coils with new insulating materials & Varnishing(v) Reassembling of coil assembly and drying in oven.(vi)Supply of Fresh Transformer oil Qty-1700 Ltrs of standard quality as per IS 335/83(Including filtration and dehydration of Transformer Oil) (vii) Supply and fitting of New Silica Gel breather with fresh silica gel.(viii) Supply and Fitting of New Gaskets(Rubber cork Sheet) (ix) Supply of sundry Items for Transformer Viz, Cover Bolts, plugs caps, screw, washer, valve insulating materials etc for repairing of the transformer.(x) Painting of Transformer(Inside & outside) including all accessories. (xi) The work also includes loading and unloading of transformer and transportation of transformer from Site to workshop and back to site after repair including testing and commissioning at Site. The Damaged Conductor and Damaged oil will be retained by the Contractor.
