Item Description: 1. Repair/overhauling to steering gear box and replacement of following defective parts. (a) Repalcement of bush bearing- 01 Nos (b) Assembly steering nut with worm-01 Nos (c) Spacer assembly-01 Nos (d) Universal joint assembly-01 Nos 2. Cleaning and descaling of radiator assembly complete including descaling with descaling agent as directed and soldering of radiator assemby at leakage and testing compete and replacement the following parts. (a) Oil cooler ring-01 Nos (b) Radiator kit cap-01 Nos (c) Coolant- 1 ltrs 3. Repair/overhauling and servicing of FIP including nozzle grinding, Joint kit, oil seal and general overhauling and labour all as specified. 4. Overhauling of fuel pump assembly and replacement of following parts:- (a) FIP Nozzle-04 Nos (b) Plunger push rod-01 No 5. Cleaning of fuel tank including dismantling from vehicle and clean with cleaning agent and its connected parts also to be cleaned refixing complete in the vehicle with replacement of tank fuel filter and connection complete all as directed and testing road. 6. Repair/overhauling to unserviceable propeller shaft and differential bearing system with replacement of follwing unserviceable parts and testing the vehicle after all the repairs carried out all as specified:- (a) Differential bearing -01 No (b) Differential gasket-01 Nos (c) Universal cross-1 Nos (d) Bearing front -01 No (e) Bearing rear-02 No 7. Taking out old driver seat from vehicle and fixing brand new seat. 8. Removing the dent from tailboard and body welding /patching as required to be carried out as directed - 01 Job 9. Labour charges for above complete work including testing the vehicle road worthy all as directed and rectify the defect noticed during testing. Note - Less Schedule of credit Rs 808.00
