Repairing, reconditioning, rehabilitation, testing and supply of Electric Loco Power transformer type 5400 KVA (Aluminum winding) as per scope of work including labour, transportation (To & Fro) and with following must change items (i) Replacement of complete winding coil for leg I, leg II & leg III including associated insulating materials and replacing of tapping leads (ii)Replacement of all core supporting bolts (iii) Replacement of all gasket (iv)Replacement of all palm clamps (v)Replacement of hardware, gauge glass, gun metal valv (vi)Complete replacement of transformer oil with EHV grade inhibited transformer oil as per IS-12453 and RDSO SMI-159. Two drums of EHV grade inhibited transformer oil (205 Itr. In one drum) will be supplied along with each transformer) (vii)Breather with silica gel (viii)Replacement of (a) 3 KV LV bushing 4 sets/TFP (a3, a4, a5 & a6)=4 sets with A34 bushing (b) 1.5 KV bushing (AO, a0, a1, a7, a8)=5 sets in each transformer (ix) Labour charges (x) Transportation charges (To & Fro).Rates are all inclusive.
