Fabrication, manufacturing, supplying & fixing of galvanized H-Beam steel sleepers as per Drg. No. RDSO/B/1636/4/R, 5 & 9 and any other correction to the drawing in the way of fixing additional plate Stool required as per site condition according to various depth additional packing plates to be welded with the H-Beam sleeper before galvanizing instructed by Engineer-In-charge at site, including supply and fixing of galvanized toe load fastenings as per Drg.No.RDSO/T-8759 to 8765. The cost includes supply and fixing of MS canted bearing/base plates, special liners, rail pads with embedded steel plates, ERC, rail pads for guard rails, including supplying and drilling holes at the tie angle ( 100 mm x 100 mm x 8 mm) to suit and tie the H-Beam sleeper to maintain standard spacing, Hook bolts 28 mm with nuts and single coil spring washer as per Drg No.RDSO/T-8759 to 8765 including welding, riveting, drilling holes with all contractor's labour, tools, plants, machinery. Tie angle to be painted with one coat of ready mixed paint of Zinc Chromate (IS:104) with DFT of 25- 30 microns followed by one coat of Zinc Chrome Red Oxide (IS:2074) with DFT of 25 microns etc., complete and as directed by Engineer in-charge( All labour, materials, tools and plants etc., are to be supplied by the contractor only ) 2 2 135.00 Each 445.20 60102.00 AT Par 60102.00 Rs.
