Rehabilitation and re-installation of various signaling gears like signals, point machines, cables, location boxes and allied works in Metro Railway, Kolkata along with Rehabilitation VRLA type batteries of various UPS from Salt Lake Sector V to Phoolbagan including OCC and DCC in Green Line(Phase-I) of Metro Railway, Kolkata.
Installation of electric point machines on MS plate fixed on wooden/ concrete sleepers complete with ï¬xing of junction boxes, ground connections including smithy works involved, insulation of MS plate on which the point machine is to be ï¬xed from the gauge tie plate involving riveting/ welding of angle cleats, installation of point JB, termination, adjustment for operation of points by crank handle, painting and lettering as required including wiring, testing and commissioning. Note: MS plate/ï¬‚at/angle /angle cleats, paints, bolts & nuts and washers of sizes as required for ï¬xing the point machine shall be supplied by the contractor except point machine.
