Rectiï¬cation of defect in the 21.6MVA Transformer with particular attention to the following deï¬ciencies:1.Tap Changer Indication: Rectiï¬cation of the defect in the tap changer electrical raise/lower operation and restoration of the remote tap position indication to ensure proper remote monitoring and operation.2.Buchholz Relay: Replacement of Buchholz Relay for rectiï¬cation of Buchholz relay tripping contact, which is presently not functioning.3.Breather: Replacement of the existing transformer breather container with a suitable new breather arrangement, including necessary accessories and connections.4.LV Bushing: Investigation and rectiï¬cation of the abnormal tan delta value of the transformer LV bushing, which has exceeded 0.7, including necessary testing and remedial measures to bring the value within the permissible limits.
