Re-Surfacing and Re-building of existing worn out 90R/60Kg/52 Kg. (built up/CMS) crossing of all types viz 1 in 8.5, 1 in 12, 1 in 16 after proper surface preparation by removal of all hardened, fatigued and loose metal by grinding and then depositing weld metal on the nose, on the wing rail over complete worn out length by skip welding process using low heat input single brand electrode as approved by RDSO/ Lucknow for IRS Class H3C and grinding the reconditioned crossing to original standard crossing profile with contractor's labour, electrodes, preheating arrangements, welding plant, generators, lead wire, grinder making water bath with contractor material in case of CMS crossing and al other tools, necessary plants, equipments and consumable including all loading, unloading, handling, head lift crossing railway line to the place convenient to Railway's and as directed by the PWI or his authorized representative at site.
