Resurfacing, and rebuilding of existing worn-out straight or curved Tongue Rail of points 1 in 16, 1 in 12, 1 in 8.5, 90R/52Kg/60Kg on any type of layout after proper surface preparation by removal of all hardened, fatigued and loose metal by grindings and depositing of weld metal on the Tongue rail to the entire length i.e. up to where wear has taken place, by electric arc welding process utilising H3C class IRS hard facing electrode of RDSO approved firm and grinding the reconditioned Tongue Rail to the original standard profile with contractor's labour, electrodes, preheating elements, welding plant, generators, lead-wire, grinder and all other tools, necessary plants, equipment's and consumables including all loading, unloading, lead lift, crossing railway lines at the places convenient to Railway's and as directed by the SSE(P.Way) or his authorised representative at site.
