Tender's Details

1.Unloading the received axles packed in boxes from lorries through EOT Crane and stacking them in the designated area as instructed by the Engineer in charge . 2.Unpacking of Axles which includes removal of nails, separating of wooden packing, removal of plastic covers, foams, HDPE end cover, bolts as per the instruction given by the Engineer in charge. 3.Segregate and keep plastic Covers, Foam materials, HDPE End Cover, Bolts and Wooden packing Materials separately. 4.Noting down relevant axle numbers, cast numbers and other details stamped with delivery documents and Feeding of details to LAN and generate Unique RWF Axle Number. 5.Stamping of generated RWF axle numbers onto the face of the Axle and cross verify the corresponding to the Customer Axle Number and Cast Number. 6.Loading of RBC generated Axle Numbers to the Press Conveyor and Stacking of RBC generated Axle in Lots. 7.Disposal of Wooden Boxes, released Packing Materials like ( plastic covers, foams, HDPE end cover, bolts) in the assigned earmarked area as directed by the Engineer in charge through Own Transport. 8.Dumper/Tractor along with fuel to dispose all the above mentioned items may be borne by Contractor Itself. 9.Forklift/Tractor/Dumper Driver to be arranged by Contractor only 10.Weighment slips done before and after unloading the Wooden Boxes to be handed over to Engineer in charge. 11.Total quantity of axles processed shall be recorded in register on daily basis. Rates are inclusive of GST
