Comparative charts of the financial bids for each of the categories (Surgical items, Hospital instruments) in terms of discounts offered by vendors (Vendor offeri ng maximum discount will be L1), will be tabulated by system on IREPS. This is a mandatory instruction and must be compulsorily followed while quoting offer.
