Item Description: Carry out overhauling of hoist drive and Slewing arrangement. Overhauling involves the following :- (a) Remove drive to shop floor, dismamtle, clean, gauge and overhauled. (b) remove all gears clean check for backlash. (c) renew brake liniing, oil of hoist and slew winch (d) conduct trials and prove to ship staff of both RIB Davit by complete lowering and hoisting of RIB upto optimum performance. Maximum lowering upto 12.5 mtr and outreach 3.8 mtr. Hoisting/ lowering speed by motor 9m/ min (1st step) and 18m/ min (2nd step)
