Item Description: Panels. Reloacatable quick erectable protective wall baskets, galvanised welded mesh frame (2 cells per set) of size (L) 1232mm + 10mm x (W) 616mm + 10mm x (H) 769mm + 10mm. The baskets to be provided with multi wires (at bottom of mesh panel) and edge wires (at side of mesh for better gripping of spiral). Mesh will be made of 4mm + 0.05mm dia hot dip galvanized low carbon steel wire conforming to BS 1052. 145 GSM Al-Zn coated (as per IS-4826) prime quality raw material confirming to BS/EN 10244-2. Wire tensile str should not be less that 540 N/mm2. Basket frame mesh size 75mm x 75mm. Mess Tensile strength min 70% of wire tensile strength and it should be powder coated with coating thickness 60-80 microns confirming to EN 10245-1/IS-13871. PC Spiral. Adjacent weld mesh panels are joint by means of spiral of length size 760mm made of wire not less than 4mm dia (+ 0.05mm) with pitch of spiral 25mm (+ 2mm), circumference of spiral 35mm (OD) ( + 2mm). tensile strength of wire min 400 N/Sqmm as per IS specification of wire IS 280, Galvanising on wire Zn coating 40-50 GSM as per IS 4826. Jointing Pins. Joining pins are used at intersections of two adjacent cells and it fits inside the spiral. Mesh wire made of GI MS wire of dia 4mm (+ 0.05mm). eight Nos high tensile joint pins to be provide with each basket. Geo Textile Material. Geotextile cloth will be place inside the cell and stitched in shape of a basket (L) 1232mm + 0.01mm x (H) x 800mm ( + 0.1mm) (LxBxH). Tensile strength MD-16 KN/M & CD-16 KN/M as per IS specification EN ISO 10319. Static puncture resistance (CBR test) 2350N as per IS specification EN ISO 12236, cone drop test (Hole dia) 22mm as per EN ISO 13433, Permeability vertical (Delta H= 50mm) 90L/sqm (mm/s as per WN ISO 12956. Thickness not less than 1.9mm at 2 KPa as per EN ISO 9863-1. The colour of the fabric will be approved by the bidder.
