Sealed tender is invited from manufacturers approved firms/Companies/Public enterprises for Purchase of Spares and Consumables for King Air C-90 A/B, VT-EBG Aircraft. Bidders must submit their offers in two separate sealed envelopes (Technical Bid and Financial Bid). The Technical Bid should include self-attested copies of GST and PAN, an affidavit on stamp paper confirming the company has not been blacklisted, and Income Tax return certificates for the preceding three assessment years. An Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of Rs 50, 000 is required. The Financial Bid should include rates for new spares and overhauled spares, inclusive of all taxes, and should be quoted in Indian Rupees only.
