BOQ Item Description: Punched Tape Concertina Coil including spike and handle with 56 turns and dia 610 mm having a core wire of high carbon spring steel of high tensile strength The punched tape and core wire 2.6 0.035 mm dia are electro galvanised to provide protection against out door exposure. The punched tape is mechanically crimped over the core wire and then formed into a coil at various parts of the periphery of the coil steel clips total 70 Nos per coil equally spaced to connect the individual turns of the coil to each other so that it opens up like an accordion. The width of strip as 19 mm and spacing of blades 24.00 plus or minus 0.5 mm C C. The weight of each coil will be 8 plus or minus 5 percentage Kgs without packing material and coil length 6 to 8 mtr when opened up with an effective height of 475 mm.
