Auction Detail: On behalf of His Excellency the Governor of Uttar Pradesh, unused burnt PVC coated copper wire, cast iron scrap, steel scrap, gun metal scrap and burnt super enamelled copper wire available in the store under the control of Tube Well Maintenance Division Bhadohi. The public auction is to be conducted through Forward Auction on GeM portal. Interested and eligible bidders can participate in the auction by registering on GeM portal following the prescribed conditions and instructions as per the details given below. Public The auction will be subject to the terms and conditions mentioned in Appendix 19 D of Financial Handbook Volume-5, Part-1, Rule-260A. The auction will be held on as is basis. The right to cancel the auction will be fully reserved with the Auctioneer Committee Chairman contingent on the auction date. In case of declaration of public holiday, the auction will be conducted on the next working day at regular time. The highest bidder will have to deposit 25 percent of the total amount as earnest money through bank draft on the day of the auction, failing which his token money/earnest money will be confiscated. Will go. After receiving the approval of the auction from the competent authority, the remaining amount including GST will have to be deposited within 07 days, otherwise 25 percent of the amount already deposited will be confiscated.
