Auction Detail: It is to notify for general information that public auction of old/unused Barbed wire (7 MT) of FTR HQ BSF, SOUTH BENGAL will be held through GeM Portal forward auction. 2. All the eligible and interested bidders of West Bengal state can participate in the auction on GeM Portal. Bidders having Adhar card of the owner, GST Number and PAN card of the Firm will only be allowed to participate in the auction. 3. Earnest Money deposit (EMD) of Rs. 60, 000/- (Rupees sixty thousand) only must accompany by each bidders. Payment of the articles sold, will have to be made by the successful H-1 bidders (s) in form of demand Draft/RTGS Drawn in favor of IG BSF SB GOVT. FUND after sale contract within 3 days. The articles will have to be removed from the camp premises by the H-1 bidder at their own risk/expenses within 07 days. GST @18% is applicable on auction value and GST amount be deposited through challan at your end and copy of challan will be deposited at this HQ before lift of store from this HQ, otherwise bills will be cancelled. 4. Bidders will not be permitted to participate without submission of EMD as per GeM terms and condition. EMD will be in form of demand draft in favor of IG BSF SB GOVT. FUND payable at SBI A/C 10826655434 IFSC Code:- SBIN0011542 to be uploaded on GeM Portal and original copy of EMD to be deposited to IG BSF, South Bengal Frontier, Rajarhat, Kolkata-700161 before starting of auction proceedings. 5. The earnest money so deposited will be refunded immediately on completion of the auction. In case the final bidder fails to deposit the cost of the stores within the stipulated time, his earnest money will be forfeited as per departmental rules and regulations. 6. After completion of auction, successful H-1 bidder will submit GST certificate of their firm, Aadhar Card and PAN card.
