Auction Detail: Public auction of condemned, obsolete and unserviceable items belonging to Jay Prakash Narayan Sarvodaya Vidyalaya (formerly Government Ashram Paddhati Vidyalaya), Babhni, Risiya, Bahraich. The auctioned items include, but are not limited to, old and damaged school furniture, iron and wooden scrap, doors, windows, tables, benches, desks, chairs, cupboards, almirahs, racks, laboratory equipment, electric fittings, fans, coolers, wiring material, computer systems, printers, UPS, inverters, batteries, solar panels, lights, switches, electronic scrap and other miscellaneous condemned articles, as listed in the approved inventory. The auction shall be conducted through the notified e-auction portal on an “as is where is” and “no complaint” basis. Interested bidders may inspect the auctioned items in person at the school premises during office hours on the prescribed inspection date prior to participating in the auction. The total number of condemned items is 4, 341, and the reserve price of the auction lot has been fixed at ₹1, 57, 584/- (Rupees One Lakh Fifty-Seven Thousand Five Hundred Eighty-Four only) as approved by the competent authority. A Bid Security / Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹15, 758/- (10% of the reserve price) shall be deposited by the bidders in the prescribed manner within the given timeline along with all required documents as mentioned prior to participation. The successful bidder shall be required to deposit the full bid amount within the stipulated time, failing which the EMD shall be forfeited as per rules. The bidder shall also be responsible for lifting, loading, transportation and disposal of the auctioned items at their own cost, after obtaining written permission from the competent authority. All other terms and conditions shall be governed by the departmental auction rules, and the decision of the District Social Welfare Officer, Bahraich shall be final and binding in all matters related to the auction.
