The Tenderer shall either be OEM or submit along with their offer, tender specific authorization from the OEM certifying that the OEM shall provide technical support during execution of the work as well as post commissioning maintenance support. The OEM shall have Technology approval/Type Approval certificate from DOT as per TEC Standard.No.91000:2022 or latest. The Certificate clearly mentioning Standard for GR.No., Amendment No.and date shall be submitted along with the offer. Inspection by TEC.
