BOQ Item Description: Provision of additional Semi Skilled staff for operation of all type Passenger and Goods Lifts installed in Sanchar Bhawan during Holidays Sunday and odd Hours by arranging required Tools and Plant etc. to keep the Lift services Operational up to the required standards. The Lift operator shall rescue any trapped passengers in case of lift failure by opening of lift doorsoperating brakes release system from machine room intimate and coordinate with AMC agency i.e. Ms. Otis Elevators Kone Elevators customer care service in charge Engineers New Delhi etc. complete as required.
Note Staff may be asked to work at other locations also and in any shift without any extra cost as per requirement under the jurisdiction of EEE SDEE BSNL. Decision of Engineer in charge will be final.
