Item Title: Proving and Fixing of Bottom Platform Made Along with Four Wheels for the Tissue Culture Racks
Item Description: Proving, supplying and installation of bottom platform made out by prelaminated 18.0 mm MR plywood along with four wheels for the tissue culture racks: Six numbers of the bottom platform/stage each having the dimensions of 1.30 m x 0.60 m should be constructed by using 18 mm thick MR plywood sheets (SRG/API/Green or equivalent brand as approved by the authority). For providing strong foundation, framing having width of 7.0 cm should be done surrounding the border of platform by using SS screws and strong adhesives [Favicol, Euro, Blue cot or equivalent brand (D3 grade] thus, total thickness of platform border should be of 36.0 mm. All the exposed portions (upper, bottom and all sides of unit should be laminated with 0.8 mm off white sunmica sheets. So, prepared sheets should be fitted with existing tissue culture racks by using desired quantity and quality of SS screws (30 mm). Each unit should be provided with four number of moving nylon heavy duty caster wheels, having load bearing capacity of 1100 kg with two locking brakes and fitted with SS screws (19 mm x 12.00 mm) at each corner of platform.
