BOQ Item Description: Providing, installation, testing & commissioning of LED Totem pole sign board suitable for working on 220 V, 50 Hz single phase A/C supply. The display shall be made up of A.C.P. sheet (Aluminium Composite Panel) 3 mm thick of required colour and support frame of MS welded structure made out 40mm x 40mm x l.5 (NS) square pipe section with welded vertically and honzontally in regular interval with double pipe frame shall be covered from back and sides with 3mm thick ACP sheet the front facia shall be covered by ACP alongwith the letters and all the side i/c wiring the entire board with suitable size of power cable for power LED, the A.C.P. sheet shall have router cutting letters for the given matter in Hindi & English both languages and 2 & 5 mm thick acrylic sheet (NS) with the help of laser cutting of logo and letters shall be fitted inside the board for making the letters visible from outside etc. Providing inside the letter power LED modules each consisting of 3 Nos. LED of 1.14 watt, 90 lumen per watt, 12 volt, shall be fixed in such a way to give uniform bright light to the characters and 120 modules per SMPS of 400 watt capacity with inbuilt protection to make the light disturbance free. (aprox height of board 12 feet) including complete connection testing etc as required.
