Planning, designing, drawing & Construction of ballastless track as per technical guidelines issued vide RDSO letter no. CT/EF/BLT-IFS dated-24.07.2024 and guidelines issued time to time as per approved drawing complete in all respect, with contractors men & material (except rail which shall be supplied by Railway free of cost) which includes fullfilling technical eligibility criteria, technical requirement (Design requirement, Track detail, Track on details, Signalling details, Ballast less track, Structure for washable apron). It also includes supply of fastening system, Dismantling of track, washable apron if any, /Deep dewatering/ground Improvement if required, preparation of subgrade, laying of ballast less track washable apron (excluding cost of rails) construction of side/central drains assembly track/central drain, laying of track and fastening components and welding of rail joints etc, Supply 5% of fastening components for spare for need based replacements, Construction of transition system for spare for need based replacements, Instrumentation for monitoring performance and any other work execution of which is required in terms of approved drawing & guidelines issued. (The track should be designed for 25T axle load & speed 100 km/h (proposed for goods traffic) & 22.5T axle load & speed 200 km/h (for passenger traffic).)
