Item Title: Providing and Supplying of Colours and do Colour Work on the Cement Plastered Wall
Item Description: Providing and supplying of colours and do colour work on the cement plastered wall in the RS and GIS laboratory: Supplying and coating of Royal finished colour (Asian, Berger, Dulux or equivalent brand as approved by officer in charge) on the cement plastered walls will be done at the construction site. The total area of a wall is about 33 SMT. Removing of the dirt particles from all surfaces of the wall should be required before the wall primer and colour work. The cost of colour work on walls should include the cost of wall primer (two hand), wall putty (one hand) plus two hands of royal finished colour along with labour cost and accessories. Entire colour work to be done in true line level to give an even shade and maintain the aesthetic value as directed by Officer in charge. Note: Cost of colour work will include the cost of required quantity of wall primer, putty and colour along with the labour/coating charges and necessary materials required for colour work (sanding materials and brushes etc.)
