Providing and fixing Single Piece Spring Inserted Reusable Self-Locking Steel nuts of material conforming to JISS45C, ISO (C45 or C45E or C45M2) or equivalent ensuring the performance requirements, including one box wrench with arm shall be supplied with every lot size of 50 nuts. The pitch of threads is to match with Isometric Coarse Pitch Screw threads of 28 mm nominal diameter hook bolts as given in RDSO Drawing number RDSO/B-1636/5 including third party inspection & all other technical specifications mentioned as per RDSO specification letter no CBS/Self Locking Nuts dated 16.03.2023. (M-27) hook bolt. Nut Size: for 28 mm dia. hook bolts used in Indian Railway Steel Bridges A-37.5 mm, B - 41.0 mm, C - 22.0 mm, D -41.0 mm, E - 47.3 mm as per RDSO Specification No.1773549/2023/O/oED/BnS/RDSO 1.Tenderer Must enclose DIN 65151-Dynamic testing of the locking characteristics of fasteners under transverse loading conditions (Vibration test) or NAS3350 (National Aerospace Standard)- Vibration Test requirements for high quality, self-locking nuts, used at temperatures up to 800 degree Fahrenheit or ISO-7481:2000 Aerospace - Nuts, self-locking with maximum operating temperature less than or equal to 425 degree Celsius test Certificate along with tender. 2.Authorized Distributor Certificate must accompany the tender.
