Item Title: Providing and Fixing the Hydraulic Floor Springs at the Bottom of the Existing Doors
Item Description: Providing and fixing the hydraulic floor springs at the bottom of the existing doors: Providing and fixing of heavy duty polished stainless steel door spring machines along with all the fixing accessories to existing doors for auto closing of doors. The hydraulic floor spring should have capacity of 60-85 kg (double action, single cylinder) and it must be manufactured by ISO/ISI company (Blandox, Azone, Ebco or equivalent brand as approved by the officer in charge) conforming to IS: 6315 for aluminium doors. The quoted price should be included the cost of floor springs, cutting of floors, embedding in floors, covering with plates and finishing etc. along with the fitting charges. Entire work should be done in true line level and maintain aesthetic value as directed by Officer in charge.
