Item Description: Providing and fixing of fixed wedge V-Plough for Tata Tipper (4x4) with hydraulic system (As per drawing ) and specifications as per below :- (a) Fixed wedge V-Plough body fabricated out of 04 mm MS sheet. ISMC 100 reinforcement members and H-frame plough mounting including cost on account of steel material. and consumables etc. (b) Lateral mounting plate along with H-frame mounting, hollow tube frame structure based lifting plate assembly, distance piece inlcuding cost on account steel material and consumables etc. (c) Reinforcement of existing frame rails inlcuding cost on account steel material. nut & bolts and consumables etc. (d) Heavy duty turn buckle joint inlcuding cost on account steel material, consumables and tools etc. (e) Installation Testing & Commissioning of 24 Volt DC Hydraulic mini power pack with pendant control for hydraulic opeartion of snow plough. (f) Wire braided hydraulic hose pipes of internal dia 10 mm and length 04 meters with necessary attachments like adapters, nuts, elbows & nipples etc (g) Double acting hydraulic cylinder of 05 Ton capacity (h) Cutting edge sets having metallurgical composition of EN-8 steel series with alloy steel bolts & nuts (Grade 8.8) (j) Painting and providing other miscelaneous stores for fixing with Tata Tipper.
