The barrier should protect against acids, alkalis, re sins, paints, varnishes, hydro carbon solvents, diesel, grease, chromates, lubricating oil & phenolic compounds. I t should be antibacterial & non- toxic. It should give minimum protection for four hour. It should be environmentall y safe and must not violet any pollution control norms. as per Drg.No. It is mandatory that tenderer should have a valid as per Specn.
