NOTICE INVITING QUOTATION (NIQ) Name of Work: Procurement of SCCTV System for Operational Gate No. 7 at NSCBI Airport, Kolkata. Sealed Item Rate Quotations are invited by the Asst. General Manager (Airport Systems) on behalf of the Airport Director, AAI, NSCBI Airport, Kolkata - 700052 for the above mentioned work in Two Envelope System from the Agencies who are experienced in carrying out the similar nature of work. The quotations will be received up to 1500 hrs. on 08.09.2025 at the office of Asst. General Manager (Airport Systems). Last Date & Time of Receipt of Sealed Quotation (Both Envelope - A & B): Up to 1500 Hrs. on 08.09.2025 Date & Time of Opening of Technical Bid (Envelope - A): At 1530 Hrs. on 08.09.2025 Date & Time of Opening of Financial Bid (Envelope - B): At 1530 Hrs. on 10.09.2025 Estimated Cost: Rs. 74, 325.00 plus applicable GST. Time Allowed: 15 Days from the Date of Issue of Work Order Payment Terms: 100% Payment will be made after successful completion of the work, after deduction of 5% Security Deposit (SD) and other statutory deductions as applicable. SD will be released without interest after successful completion of warranty period. Warranty Period: One Year on Site Warranty from the date of completion of the work.
