Description : MRI Conditional DDD with feature for fluid level in Lungs assessment with rate drop response and matching Electrodes and PLI, should have i) must have arterial & ventricular capture management ii) Must have at least 3 different atrial Fibrillation management algorithms- atrial. Preference pacing, conducted AF response, post mode switch overdrive pacing, atrial rate stabilization. iii) Must have antitachycardia Pacing algorithms for terminating atrial arrhythmia. iv)Must have rate drop response, v) Must have algorithm, which have been proved by large scale clinical trials to combat in precipitous drop in rate. Vi) must have dual zone rate response, vii) must have facility for remote monitoring active in india, viii) must have feature, which monitors the fluid level build up in the lungs such as optivol. Lead monitor and polarity switch. Dual zone rate response for programming different rates for activities of daily living, ix) must be MRI conditional pacemaker for full body scan,
