Preventive maintenance of 810 KW Squirrel cage, 3 phase induction type H.T. Motor No.01 & 02 ABB make Shifting of motor from fondation to working place, dismantling by taking out rotor from stator, Tighting of 0-20% loose wedge by rewinding with H.G.L. packers O/S along with patch work, spray varnishing of H.T. Motor stator & rotor with insulating. varnish i.e. Bactol Red/Greys Jel Epoxy resins, check cracks in rotor bars by dye penetration test, Replacing 02 Nos new bearings Bearing No. 6330/C3 & 6224/C3) at N.D.E. & D.E. reassembly of motor, shifting from working place to foundation, Alignment of motor with pump radially & axially and trial and testing. including cost of material, labour T&P at Jarauli Pump Canal Fatehpur.
