Item Title: Preservation/Repair of Atw Cl-12 at Bikaner under Ge (Engr Park) Suratgarh
Item Description: 1. Preservation / Repair of Clamp & Link Assembly and Reel Strapping Coil (ATW CL-12 - 5014 Nos (Maintenance - 5010 Nos & Repair and Maintenance - 04 Nos):- (a) Removing the ATW CL-12 roll from existing stack to the required site of work (approximate distance 40 to 100 Mtr away). (b) Removing of reel strapping coil and clamp & link assembly by de-coiling the rolls. (c) Repair and straighten the aluminium planks by hammering to bring it to its original shape and welding to be done to the broken reel strapping coil & clamp link Assembly. (d) Cleaning the reel strapping coil and clamp & link assembly with cotton waste, steel wire brush, emery paper to make it free from rust and dust. (e) After cleaning, painting with one coat of Paint OG 100 ml/Reel Strapping coil and 20ml/Clamp and link Assembly (Make: Nerolac Goody Synthetic Enamel/Berger Group ‘C-) and turpentine oil 24 ml per Roll. (f) After preservation re-coiling the same in rolls and fixing of clamp & link assembly and wing nut etc as per directions on ground. (g) Shifting and re-stacking the roll on proper dunnage of existing plinth as directed by BSO/GE. Note: - All materials, tools, mechanical and transportation required for work will be supplied/provided by the contractors/suppliers.
