Preparation of Yard plans by modification of existing plans and approval of the same from the Competent Authority of Eastern Railway and Delivery in CAD format and Pdf format using Drone/LiDAR and DGPS/TS, unmanned aerial system (UAS) and stereo photogrammetry technology for Yard and surrounding area of Eastern Railway under Sr.DEN/1/HWH
Carrying out Photogrammetry, topographical survey with hybrid technology unmanned aerial system to capture essential ground features and assets on yard area of yard and surrounding areas, development of upgraded scaled yard maps. Survey should generate following outputs:- i)Topographical base map of 1:500 scale covering all features but not limited to buildings, track, platforms, yard boundary, electric mast, signals, FOBs, level crossing, RUB, ROB etc. in DWG/DFX Format ii)Contours at an interval of 1mtr in DWG/DXF format iii)5 cm orthophoto mosaics with clear visibility of all features in ECW/Tiff formats (CAD Compatible). iv) Digital elevation Model with spatial resolution of 1 mtr in ASCI/DWG format v)3D model in OBJ format vi) 1080p resolution Drone Aerial Videography in Mp4 format (Deliver the output in the web platform to support Railway officials to open, visualize and check the delivered data in 3D such as Topographical Map, drone Orthophoto DEM, 3D Model, Drone Videography etc. without any desktop software. The Platform should have functions such as zoom, Pan, Coordinate display, measurement of length, area, path distance, profile, Add annotation along with coordinates and remarks. Data should be accessible on cloud with secured login ID and password for at least 3 months from the delivery date.
