Pratapnagar (Workshop): Electrical work in connection with Precast/RCC cable trench, improvement of electrical infrastructure and electrical works in connection with augmentation of workshop infrastructure in PRTN workshop at PRTN workshop.
Supply, fixing and commissioning of FRP cable tray of size 300 x 100 x 100 mm and 4.0 mm thick - The price shall cover for supply, fixing and commissioning of FRP (Fiber Reinforced Plastic) perforated cable tray of size 300 x 100 x 100 mm and 4.0 mm approximate thickness. The cable tray shall be fixed horizontally or vertically at site and the existing LT cables shall be laid/shifted in the cable tray by disconnecting from the panel/switch end and reconnecting as per site requirement duly tied with suitable clamps with GI nuts, bolts and washers in a safe and secure manner. Material of cable tray shall be ultra-violet and corrosion resistant and fire retardant (Class 1 fire rating) FRP. Glass content should be minimum 55.0%. The loading capacity (As per NEMA FGI198x Standard) shall be 60 kg/linear meter. Permissible deflection under test shall not exceed L/200mms. Standard length of the tray shall be 3.0 meters. Cable Tray Accessories shall be of same materials of cable trays & it includes Horizontal & Vertical Bends, Tees, Reducers, and Cross etc. with minimum Bending Radius of 300 mm. The coupler plates shall be of same materials of Cable Trays & 2 nos. required for each length of the cable tray with Hardware of SS 304/SS 316 Size.
