The membrane shall have a uniform polymer-modified bitumen coating with anti root UV resistant and moisture-proofing properties suitable for roofs terraces foundations and wet areas. The underside shall be protected with release film and the top surface shall consist of mineral HDPE film as per manufacturers standard. Material shall conform to the performance requirements of relevant IS ASTM standards and shall be supplied in factory-sealed rolls of approved make such as STP Tikitar IWL complete as specified.
