Description : Fabrication supply and installation of retro reflective HIP IV micro prismatic sheeting board of MS POINT AND CROSSING in yellow color with black printed pasted letterings of track curve details on sheeting of metro reflective with base sheet of 2mm duly painted two coats of primer and coat of paint on back side of board, the mild steel plate made up of 450mm x 600 mm x2mm confirming to IS specification: 2062 with manufactures OEM test certificate for retro reflective sheeting with testing certificate issued from OEM; the board should supplied along with angle post of 50x50x5mm with 1500mm confirming to IS specification along drilled with suitable holes of 12mm to fit the board along with nuts and bolts; the angle post painted with 2 coats of stove size of board 450 x 600mm. Firm to submit 07 years pre-qualification warranty and tender specific OEM authorization from OEM 3M/Avery Dennison or equivalent grade along with their offer.
