F 304, Dim : ASME B 16.5, SS STUD TO ASME B 16.5, NUTS TO ASME B 18.2.2 HEAVY HEX., GASKET : SS 316 + GRAFIL + 1 RING DIM STANDARD : ASME B 16.20.SS pipe Size upto 25 NB Sch 40 conforming to ASTM A 312 TP 304 SEAMLESSexcept flanges(flanges shall be paid seperately under other item of BOQ) as necessary for completion of the job including cutting; edge preparation; fitup; welding and erection of above ground pipeline over existing pedestals; overheads on racks and at all elevations ;connecting with equipment nozzles; tapping for pressure gauges; sample connection; etc.using approved make and suitable welding electrode. Welding shall be done using GMAW method (TIG/MIG welding).Scope of work also includes alignment; internal cleaning and flushing by water;hydrostatic testing at 10.5 Kg/cm2, rectification of any leakage & re-testing of pipelines to the specified pressure draining; drying; completing all such works in all respects as per the specification; drawings and instruction of Engineer in charge. Job includes 100% DP of total butt joints for above ground, the other considerations against the above item are also to be noted for quoting & execution purpose.
