Carrying out USFD testing of Flash Butt (FB) welds on all types of rails using contractor's RDSO approved PAUT weld tester as per provisions of IR's "Manual for ultrasonic testing of rails& welds- 2022, Specifications for Ultrasonic Testing of Rails and Welds-2020(IRST-53)" and RDSO procedural order letter No. CT/USFD/Phased Array weld tester dt. 27.06.2023 for testing of FB weld joints with latest correction slips duly scanning with varying angles from 36 to 76 degrees, & recording of parameters along with A-Scan, B-Scan, C-Scan & S Scan for analysis, displayed in Electronic Unit/PC unit, analysis of data, classification of weld defects& submission of report in hard and soft copies. The rates are inclusive of Rail surface preparation by grinding where ever required for PAUT testing, provision datacentre for storage & retrieval of data in cloud server, required hard wares, softwares etc, RDSO approved PAUT machine with all accessories, consumables, manpowerincluding RDSO & OEM approved operators, materials, transportation etc and all components required for successful completion of the work complete unless otherwise specified. (The Rate also is inclusive of GST and other taxes as applicable)
