Description : Peeled, Ground, Straightened and Magna flux Crack tested Spring Steel Round bars Size 27 mm diameter X 3320 mm long. Grade 52CrMoV4 [according to ISO 683 Pt.-14] as per FIAT technical Specification No.17.248, Part Document 100 Version 05 with Amendment No.1 of October 2004. Sulphur and Phosphorus must not exceed 0.015 percent. Vanadium 0.14 to 0.20 percent by weight and Molybdenum 0.20 to 0.30 percent by weight. The tolerance in Diameter shall be within Plus/Minus 0.05 mm and tolerance in length shall be within Plus 10.0 mm, Minus 0.0 mm. Technical specification will be governed by RDSO specification No.RDSO/2017/CG-01(Rev.01) Corrigendum No.01 of October 2019 or latest alteration. Corrosion protection should be in accordance to para-4 of RSK spec 2K01 of May 2005 and packing should be as per para-7.
