Design, manufacture, supply, installation, testing, commissioning and maintenance of passeng er elevator with machine room less and gear less type 6 persons/408kg capacity, 1.25m/s, with 3 stops and 3 openings with two years warranty as per RDSO specification No. RDSO/2013/EM/SPEC/0016 (Rev 2)-2025 wit h latest amendments including 5 Years Comprehensive Annual Maintenance Contract.(Rate for Comprehensi ve Annual Maintenance Contract for 5 years after completion of two years warranty period to be quoted sepa rately apart from the rate of elevator).Provision for sending SMS message to minimum10 pre specified phone numbers for identified unusual occurrences should be available in the controller and to be provided. The elev ator shall be with CCTV inside the lift car connecting to security systems through wireless/wifi if any and audi o announcement with additional technical parameters for passenger lift circulated by HQ letters dated 14.09. 2023 & 09.10.2023 .The lift should be installed in newly constructing Office cum Resting Facility in Shimogga Town and to be accommodated in already constructed lift well. The bidder shall get himself acquainted with the site condition to know the exact amount of work involved before quoting [ Warranty Period: 24 Months after the date of delivery ] ]
