Colony, Divisional Office, Station and General Store depot, Memu shed area clear and tidy throughout the year, using Bush cutters every alternate months for a period of one year and as directed by the Engineer in Charge. The modus operandi should be as follows. (First month cutting and removing/jungle clearance throughout the area and subsequent repitition of cutting & removing/jungle clearance every alternate months. ie., Five times of further cutting and removing /jungle clearance throughout the area - First Month.
