Note: The Schedule rates are including minimum wages, EPF & ESI, GST, administration charges etc., The Railway have right to ensure the minimum wages, EPF & ESI, GST without fail. Otherwise, bill will not be paid till the same ensuring through documentary evidence like EPF, ESIC, bank references etc. statements by Employer/contractor. In shortfall/failure of above payments, the penalty will be levied as per special conditions. For this, The Railway will have the right to decided.
