Outsourcinhg of skilled manpower 06 nos. (minimum diploma in electrical grade) for fault rectification, establishment, managing staff & maintenance of all electrical assets. The scope of work includes opearation of DG, lighting, Pump etc. at Divisional Railway Hospital, DRM building, Officer Resthouse, DRM bunglow etc. and Electrical System Maintenance i.e. Inspecting, testing, and maintaining electrical equipment such as generators, transformers, switchgear, Pumps and distribution panels. Troubleshooting electrical issues and performing repairs or replacements as necessary. Conducting preventive maintenance to ensure equipment reliability. Calibrating and maintaining instrumentation and control systems. Checking and adjusting control loops, sensors, and actuators. Troubleshooting control system malfunctions and optimizing performance. Maintaining heating, ventilation systems within the power house. Adhering to safety protocols and regulations during maintenance activities. Conducting risk assessments and implementing safety measures as per instruction of concerned site incharge.Moreover Documentation and Reporting i.e. Keeping detailed records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs.
