BOQ Item Description: Operation & Maintenance of various E&M Installations of 11/0.433 KV main sub-station, Residential area Sub-Station like HT & LT Panels, transformers, DG sets (different capacities) with AMF Panel, Car parking Flood Lights & street lights, feeder pillars, main and residential area, water Pump house (i/c Cargo, powerhouse & AAI colony), AAI residential quarters, CRPF/CISF barracks, Drop gate, CISF Barracks at STC BSF Googoland & The Hotel Legend etc. providing consumable material like cotton waste & other sundry material required for cleaning etc., attending minor faults of Equipments /Repairs /Replacement of defective components with AAI Supplied New Components, ensuring Serviceability /satisfactory working condition of the Systems, Routine and General Preventive Maintenance on Daily/ Weekly /Monthly /Quarterly /Half Yearly /Yearly Basis as per Maintenance Schedules, including maintaining of Records and Log Books and reporting as and when required, complete Upkeeping of the Installations etc.as as per the detailed specifications & terms and conditions covered under this contract in shifts (08 Hrs per shift) on all days including Sunday and Gazetted Holiday and directed by Engineer-In-Charge .
