BOQ Item Description: Operation & maintenance of Electrical and Mechanical installations of operational & non operational areas i/c Terminal buildling, ATS Building, Fire station, Electrical Substation & other ancillary buildings for round the clock operation on all days i/c Sundays and Holidays by engaging following manpower along with providing required tool and consumables as specified in special conditions of contract for day to day maintenance except spares. The job includes preventive, routine maintenance, attending complaint / fault / breakdown by taking rectification action ensuring serviceability and satisfactory working condition of the system, maintaining all records and documentation etc. complete as per agreement conditions and as per the instruction of EIC.
