BOQ Item Description: Operation of all type Passenger and Goods Lifts installed in Sanchar Bhawan ic cleaning of Lifts Sills Car cabins doors etc. with cleaning agent brush and duster etc. as per conditions of contract and as per details given in relevant sections by deploying the required staff and by arranging required Tools and Plant etc. to keep the Lift services Operational up to the required standards. The Lift operator shall rescue any trapped passengers in case of lift failure by opening of lift doors operating brakes release system from machine room intimate and coordinate with AMC agency i.e. Ms. Otis Elevators Kone Elevators customer care service in charge Engineers New Delhi etc. complete as required. OPERATIONAL STAFF REQUIRED not above the age of 55 years
Lift Operator Semi Skilled Total 8 Nos.
Required from Monday to Saturday Each day as per shift wise details given below
Morning Shift 06.00Hrs to 14.00Hrs 3 Three Nos. 01 Nos. for North side having 4 Nos. lifts and 02 No. for South side having 2 Nos. VIP Lifts
Evening Shift 14.00Hrs to 22.00Hrs 3 Three Nos. 01 Nos. for North side having 4 Nos. lifts and 02 No. for South side having 2 Nos. VIP Lifts
General Shift 10.00 Hrs to18.00Hrs 2 Two Nos. 1 No. for Goods lift and 1 No. for General Maintenance and upkeep of Lifts
Note Staff may be asked to work at other locations also and in any shift without any extra cost as per requirement under the jurisdiction of EEE SDE Elect. BSNL. Decision of Engineer in charge will be final.
