BOQ Item Description: Operation of 250 TR LG make VRF Airconditioning system in two shifts each of 8 hours duration on all days including Saturday Sundays holidays and National holidays etc and carrying out the routine cleaning and checking activities and maintaining records documentation etc complete as per terms and conditions of contract and as directed by Engineer-Incharge by deploying the following minimum manpower (a) Supervisor (Highly Skilled) - 01 No (Excluding Reliever) (b) Technician (Skilled)-03 Nos. (Excluding Reliever) (c) Helper (Unskilled) - 02 Nos (Excluding Reliever) Note If additional equipments installations provided or capacity of the existing AC system augmented during the currency of this contract the additional equipments installations plant shall be operated and records maintained by the contractor with the existing manpower within the quoted cost and nothing extra shall be paid on account of this
