Operating Rod 25 KV Drop Out Fuse (DO Fuse) Switch as per RDSO Specification No. ETI/PSI/ 14/(1/86) with A & C Slip No. 1 (4/87) or latest.Special Requirement: The pole of the Operating Rod 25 KV s hall be made of cast resin or resin-bonded glass fibre, coated with three coats of polyurethane. The brass m ale-female (threaded), used for coupling of pieces of the operating rod, should be at least 20 cm or more as required to prevent swaying of the pole assembly during erection at site. After the award of the Purchase O rder, the firm must ensure approval of one sample of the operating rod from the consignee before RITES ins pection. Additionally, two numbers of brass rivets are required to be provided on the brass tube at every 5 cm interval (i.e., about 4 or more rivets per brass tube), to ensure proper fastening of the brass tube inside each pole of the operating rod.
